Phillies HOFer, Mike Schmidt

Bad puns aside, Phillies Hall of Famer Mike Schmidt cancelled his weekend appearance at the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs due to a personal conflict, according to the Casino's website. Until Friday, Schmidt was to be a guest of honor at the Breeder's Crown - an harness racing event which featured twelve championship races. NFL Hall of Famer, Thurman Thomas filled in.

Fear not Phillies fans. Michael Jack has rescheduled, and will now appear at Pocono Downs from 4-6 P.M. on Saturday, November 23rd - where he will sign FREE, "authorized photos." Fans can begin lining up at 2 P.M. And, it should be noted: no outside items will be signed.
