Phillies Oddballs - 1962 Topps Stamps
Following the 1961 release model, 1962 Topps Stamps were inserted into wax packs of 1962 Topps baseball cards. Originally found in two-stamp panels, the set consists of 201 stamps - 181 players and 20 team logo stamps. Roy Sievers actually appears twice - once incorrectly as an Kansas City Athletic, then correctly as a Phillie.
Two different color schemes are employed - red or yellow background with white name plate across the bottom (listing name, position and team). The individual stamps measure 1 5/16" x 1 3/4"; a panel of two stamps is 3 3/16" x 1 3/4".
Also like the 1961 set, a stand-alone sticker album was sold separately for $0.10. Each team page in the album included a shadowed image of the team logo and nine corresponding player stickers (showing kids where to stick them); a short team bio and stat box with the player(s) 1961 and lifetime statistics.

One of the great things for a collector like me is that because they are non-cards, the stamps are found relatively cheaply online. In an environment where it is becoming difficult to pick up reasonably priced vintage collectibles - it is true sweet spot...
