Though officially press released on June 25th, Eagles Training Camp was front and center on my mind for the first time last night as my wife and I discussed which of the three open sessions would fit our busy Summer schedule (BTW, think we've decided on August 3rd). Throughout Training Camp I'll update this page with event schedules, and camp information...
Camp Opens:
Friday, July 25th
Public Practice Dates/Times:
Information available via www.philadelphiaeagles.com:
- Most practices are held at the NovaCare Center and are closed to the general public.
- Three public practices will be held: July 28, August 3 and August 10
- The July 28th and August 3rd practices will be held at Lincoln Financial Field
- The August 10th session will be held at Franklin Field
- All three public practices are free of charge
- No ticket is required for the two sessions at Lincoln Financial Field
- Tickets for the Franklin Field session will be available via PennAthletics.com/Eagles beginning at 10 AM on July 16th.
- Start times for the open practices are slated for 12:15 pm, while the practice sessions at the NovaCare Complex are scheduled to begin at 11:45 am.
- HeadHouse Plaza will open at 10 am, and interior stadium gates open at 11 am.
Franklin Field Practice Info:
- Each fan entering a practice will receive a ticket. "Winning tickets" (as the Eagles site describes them), will allow fans to redeem them for either field-level access to take photos or a player autograph.
- An on-field tribute to Eagles Alumni, including HOFers Chuck Bednarik and Tommy MacDonald will occur prior to the start of practice.
- As we have experienced at the two open practices at Lincoln Financial Field, alumni guests will be signings autographs prior and during practice.
- Gates open: 10 AM; Practice Begins: 12:15 PM
