SCP Auctions closed out bidding on over 900 lots of sports memorabilia that was up for grabs as part of their Spring Internet Auction.  I had previewed several lots on my Facebook page over the past couple weeks, and thought you guys might be interested to see what they ended up selling for...

Chase Utley 2000 UCLA game-used jersey

Originating from Utley's collegiate days with the Bruins, this gray away jersey is signed by the Phillies second baseman - and according to the description - "shows excellent game use."  Thinking about how rare of an opportunity it would be to find an Utley gamer from this period, I was very interested in this lot.  Ultimately, I decided against jumping in... Final bid: $726.

Joe Morgan Game Used 1983 Cleats

Joe Morgan practically carried the Phillies into the playoffs with a scorching hot September in 1983.  It was the Hall of Famer's only season in Philadelphia - but, with a run to the World Series (and a catchy nickname, "The Weeze Kids") 1983 was a year to remember. I have not seen a lot of stuff from Morgan's Philly tenure come up for bid - and I thought these were very cool, and a nice piece of Phillies history for one lucky collector... Final bid: $763.

Fergie Jenkins Game Used Rookie Season Jersey (1965)

With a number of vintage jersey's from some of the game's biggest names, SCP's auction was a great place for deep-pocketed collectors to add to their collection.  After selling Jenkins' 1966 away flannel last month, SCP offered another rare piece from Phillies history.  A true tribute to one of the worst decisions in team history... Final bid: $3,259.
